My yoga practice began over ten years ago starting with Hatha and at-home videos. In 2016 I found my first teacher, Mandee Labelle of Yogaheart. Within the Yogaheart Yoga Teacher Training I qualified as a certified Chakra Yoga Teacher in 2018. During this period of study, my practice slowed down, and I gave more attention to breath, mudras, mantra, chanting and vocal sound-healing.  As part of the graduating retreat, I met my second teacher Kerry Lawson of Saimavik Yoga Teacher Training School.  Through Kerry’s next level training, I began deepening my knowledge in supportive and restorative yoga, trauma awareness, and Ayurveda (2019.) My learning is enriched by workshops from Doug Keller (Therapeutic Wisdom, 2018) and teachings with Traditional Yoga Master Yogiji Yogendra Mishra of Rishikesh (2018 and 2019.)

The purpose of my teaching is to welcome our voice and our selves back to belonging. I invite us to keep opening to what is already here within and around us, seeing through the appearance of circumstance and right-now conditions, and connecting again to who we are. As we rest in self-acceptance, we can meet ourselves exactly where we are.

Restorative Yoga:

Reconnect with your body and feel who you are. Feel your worth, your own love, support and friendship. Ease into movement with a gentle and restorative flow.  As we create space together, we welcome one another where we are, listening to our body and hearing our needs.
